This has now been corrected, all outfits tested to allow crouching in first person. So apparently I did not set a first person model for the OpenChest item (the item that gives you a bare chest) in version 2.0, this caused a flesh colored object to appear in the center of the screen when in first person, AND crouched, this also appeared when crouched and going into the pip-boy.
